Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking Tax/Audit Interns for our St. Louis, MO and O'Fallon, IL locations. You will prepare tax returns, assist with audits and reviews, and gain hands-on experience across assurance and tax procedures.

This internship supports growth through client exposure, training, and teamwork within CLA's collaborative environment. Flexible PTO and comprehensive benefits accompany the program.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns.
• Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.
• Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers and systems.
• Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
• Expands industry knowledge, through greater exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities.
• Completes research and special projects as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients and CLA family members on a regular basis.
