Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking Tax/Audit Interns across its Minnesota offices, including Mankato, Rochester, Owatonna, Austin and New Ulm. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in tax preparation, audit, and assurance services with mentorship and training opportunities.

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, aim to CPA exam eligibility, and be prepared to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA track encouraged.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to client needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership).
• Perform audit, review, compilation, and other assurance tasks.
• Gain experience with procedures, workpapers and systems.
• Support multiple client engagements on time and within budget.
