Sands Anderson, a mid-sized law firm with offices in Virginia and North Carolina, is expanding our tax practice and seeks a Tax Attorney to join the team.

Qualifications

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Virginia or North Carolina.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax law.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax law research and interpret tax statutes.
• Advise clients on tax implications and strategies.
• Prepare and review tax-related documents such as returns, agreements, and filings.

With 80+ attorneys in 6 offices throughout Virginia and North Carolina, we are seeking a Tax Attorney to join our highly ranked legal team and provide expert advice and representation on tax-related matters. The Tax Attorney will be responsible for analyzing tax laws, preparing legal documents, representing clients in tax disputes, and offering strategic tax planning guidance.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Virginia or North Carolina
• Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing tax law
