We seek a tax professional to prepare and review returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and S/C corporations, conduct online tax research, and develop planning opportunities aligned with client goals.

You will support the partner team when planning practice strategy, coach junior staff, and help expand delivery capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting.
• Experience with a wide variety of entity types.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations
• Conduct online tax research
• Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
• Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
• Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
• Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent
• Train, develop, and mentor Interns and Staff
