Job summary

BDO USA helps clients identify government incentives supporting innovation, growth and job creation in the U.S. The BIG team focuses on sustainability credits and collaborates with tax, accounting, finance, and client operations.

As a Tax Associate in BIG, you will strengthen client partnerships, develop technical knowledge, and contribute to BDO’s trusted advisory approach across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, required; with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, or Law, preferred.
• Leadership experience, preferred
• Accounting based internship, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with BIG professionals across services and clients.
• Establish effective relationships with BIG teams and clients.
• Develop technical acumen and BIG’s market prominence.
• Stay updated on local and national business and economic issues.
• Participate in business development to identify opportunities.
