Job summary

BDO USA, PC is seeking a Tax Associate, Core Tax Services to assist with the preparation of tax returns and research, leveraging education and communication skills to support the review process.

You will work with tax software to complete simple returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, document positions, and collaborate with senior staff on projects while developing expertise in ASC 740, FAS 109, and FIN 48.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or statistics (or equivalent with CPA progress) required
• CPA certification or authorization to test required before start date in your state
• Master’s in accountancy or taxation preferred
• Leadership experience and accounting internship preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
