We're working with an independent CPA firm in Fort Worth TX looking to add a Tax Associate with around 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience.

This is a good fit if you want to keep developing technically without signing up for the kind of hours that make public accounting hard to stick with long term.

Busy season is still busy, but the firm aims to keep hours around 50 to 55 per week at peak. There's also hybrid flexibility, giving you more control over your week and making the job easier to actually build a life around.

• Ideally 1 to 3 years of tax experience at a CPA or public accounting firm

• Experience with CCH Axcess, Lacerte or UltraTax is useful, though other software backgrounds are absolutely worth considering
