• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in:
• Stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements
• Partnership and joint venture agreements
• Loan agreements
• Background in cross-border tax structuring and international tax issues (inbound and outbound) is a strong plus
