MSTiller, LLC is a leading provider of accounting, audit, tax and business advisory service. We are looking for Tax Staff and Senior Associates with several years' experience to grow in the public accounting profession.

As a Tax Associate, you will be involved in preparing complex tax returns and tax projections, coordinating with client personnel, and mentoring junior staff. The firm offers flexible hours, a hybrid work model, and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Master in Taxation or MAcc with tax focus.
• CPA or CPA exam partial completion.
• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess).
• Experience preparing complex tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, S-Corp) and tax research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented; enjoys working with clients and industries.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serving a client with complex tax needs.
• Preparation of individual, partnership, fiduciary, tax-exempt and other tax returns.
• Preparation of income tax projections with multiple scenarios and complex analysis.
• Interactions with client personnel to obtain information essential to delivering tax services.
• Supervising and serving as a technical resource to less-experienced Tax Staff.

We are looking for someone with the below qualifications - -

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Master in Taxation or Master of Accountancy with a tax focus
• CPA or have passed part of the CPA Exam already
• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software packages
• Experience in preparing complex individual, partnership, corporate and S-Corp tax returns as well as the research of tax issues
• Works well with managing a variety of projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented – really enjoys people and getting to know our clients, their businesses and the industries that they operate in.
• Works well independently or as part of a team
