Key Responsibilities

  • Research tax laws, rules, and regulations to develop preliminary answers or identify additional data needed for conclusions.
  • Manage projects by developing/updating timelines and informing stakeholders of requirements, progress, and changes.
  • Support M&A and divestiture projects as directed by the regional Tax Manager.
  • Assist in preparing responses to external audit requests, reviewing, assembling, and organizing tax documentation.
  • Share information across cross-functional teams.
  • Extract data from ERP systems to support analysis of business impacts on income tax expense.
  • Support system changes for income tax planning and data availability.
  • Perform various tax functions: analyze book-tax differences, prepare indirect tax returns, quarterly tax provisions, annual tax packages, and more.

This role primarily supports tax planning, requiring curiosity, collaboration, initiative, and humility to ask questions and learn.
