Kohler in Kohler, WI is seeking a Tax Analyst II to support the US indirect tax function, handling compliance, reporting, tax research, planning, and system enhancements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
You will independently analyze indirect tax data, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve processes and accuracy across tax cycles. The role includes preparing monthly workpapers, filing returns, and supporting audits and data analyses.

Location: Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI
This role supports the indirect tax function for multiple U.S. and Canadian legal entities. It offers the opportunity to work on compliance and reporting, tax research, planning, defense, and system enhancements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the organization. The role independently analyzes indirect tax data, identifies compliance risks and opportunities, and provides recommendations to improve tax processes and compliance outcomes.

This position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. The salary range for this position is $69,650 - $105,850.
