Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Client service associate roles are entry-level and require final year of studies or completion.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements.
• Supporting development of tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Conducting tax research and analysis on domestic and international tax matters.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services for diverse industries.
• Engaging in multistate tax compliance and reporting to address jurisdictional obligations.
• Participating in the preparation of tax provisions and modeling to support financial reporting.
• Contributing to the preparation of partnership tax returns and related documentation.
• Assisting in developing tax structures and planning for international tax initiatives.
• Utilizing data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Supporting regulatory compliance consulting to navigate complex tax regulations.
