Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements
• Support development of tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize risks
• Conduct tax research and analysis for domestic and international matters
• Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services
• Assist in multistate tax compliance and reporting
• Assist in preparation of tax provisions and modeling for financial reporting
• Contribute to preparation of partnership tax returns and related documentation
• Assist in developing international tax planning initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting processes
• Support regulatory compliance consulting related to tax regulations
