Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements
• Support development of tax strategies to optimize positions and minimize risks
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and international matters
• Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services
• Engage in multistate tax compliance and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and modeling to support financial reporting
• Assist in partnership tax returns and related documentation
• Support international tax planning initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting
• Support regulatory compliance consulting
