Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Expertise in partnerships, trusts, estates, and closely held business structures.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience advising business owners, executives, and high-net-worth clients.
• Commercial mindset and interest in building and growing a tax advisory practice; an established book of business is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements, develop proactive tax strategies, and build trusted client relationships.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals, establish accountability, and build future leaders.
• Expand existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee engagement pricing, realization, utilization, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, risk management, and practice development as a member of the Advisory Leadership Team.
