Accounting Search represents a financial and tax advisory firm seeking a Director of Tax Advisory Services in Philadelphia, PA. The role reports to the CEO of the Advisory Group and leads growth, operations, and strategic direction of the TAS practice in a hybrid setting (4 days in office) with travel up to 20%.

Key duties include leading complex tax engagements, mentoring professionals, expanding client relationships, and overseeing pricing, profitability, and efficiency as part of the Advisory

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership potential.
• Expertise in partnerships, trusts, estates, and closely held business structures.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with business owners and executives.
• Commercial mindset and interest in growing a tax advisory practice.
