Report to the CEO of the Advisory Group; mentor tax professionals, manage complex engagements, and build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients. Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and go-to-market initiatives to grow the TAS practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership potential.
• Expertise in partnerships, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and manage complex engagements.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with business owners and executives.
• Commercial mindset and interest in growing a tax advisory practice.
