Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Director of Tax Advisory Services in Philadelphia, PA. The role reports to the CEO of the Advisory Group and will lead TAS practice growth, operations, and strategic direction, with hybrid work (4 days in office) and ~20% travel.

Responsibilities include leading complex tax engagements, mentoring tax professionals, driving business development, and overseeing profitability and resource allocation as a member of the Advisory Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Expertise in partnerships, trusts, estates, and closely held business structures.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth clients.
• Commercial mindset with interest in building and growing a tax advisory practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex tax engagements, develop proactive tax strategies, and build trusted client relationships.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals, establish accountability, and build future leaders.
• Expand existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee engagement pricing, realization, utilization, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, risk management, and practice development as a member of the Advisory Leadership Team.
