H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a year-round Tax Advisor to prepare complete, accurate returns for individuals and businesses, interviewing clients to understand finances and tax implications. You will deliver personalized recommendations and highlight tax savings opportunities.

This in-person role offers industry-leading training, competitive hourly pay, and an incentive plan to reward impact as you build tax expertise and serve clients.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, including tax planning, audit support, and tax notice resolution.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
