Responsibilities

• Process payrolls, payroll tax payments, and related filings.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist tax accountants with tax return preparation and documentation.
• Provide administrative and client support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Travel to client locations for on-site bookkeeping as needed.
