Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting from a U.S.-accredited institution.
  • Active pursuit of CPA licensure.
  • Prior experience in tax preparation within a CPA firm preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern accounting software platforms.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Incentives
  • 17.5% commission on new client referrals for two years - up to 35% total.
  • 25% direct pay on billable hours, increasing to 33% after 1,500 realized hours.
