Job summary

Golden Gaming, LLC is seeking a Tavern Server to deliver timely and accurate food and beverage service while creating a welcoming dining experience. You will help maintain tavern cleanliness, support teammates, and uphold company standards for guest service.

Responsibilities include taking orders with POS, handling payments, knowing menu details, and ensuring alcohol ID checks are performed. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Accurately take and fill food and drink orders using POS systems, and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and sequence of service; ensure proper identification is checked when serving alcohol.
• Assist fellow servers and support staff to ensure a consistent and efficient guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tavern, including restocking, wiping counters, and organizing service areas.
• Ensure dining area is clean and properly set with condiments and utensils at all times.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policy and health department regulations.
• Display friendly and professional hospitality, maintaining a positive attitude with guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
