Job summary

Testarossa Vineyards, LLC is seeking a Tasting Room Bar Back to support service at our historic winery. You’ll help stock the tasting room, assist with front-of-house tasks, and ensure the space is prepared for guests while our sales team focuses on delivering a memorable tasting experience.

You’ll interact with guests, pour flights, help with cleaning and sanitization, and work weekends and holidays. Must be 21+ with a sense of urgency and a professional appearance; outdoor work and lifting up

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs frequently, stand, walk, climb stairs, grab, pour, reach, and bend throughout duration of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Back of the house functions: stocking wine (moving 30+ cases/day), washing and polishing glassware (dozens of glasses), preparing necessities for service.
• Front of the house functions: assisting with bussing tables, setting up tasting room patio for service, interacting with guests and answering inquiries.
• Tasting wine for quality control and pouring flights of wine.
• Assisting with cleaning and sanitization throughout the service.
