Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Livonia, Michigan, seeks Tasting Room Attendants who can turn every wine tasting into a memorable experience. You will guide guests through our offerings while inviting them into our Wine Club community.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring service cleanliness, and sharing knowledge about our wines. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age with a passion for hospitality and the ability to multitask in a vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Communicate with team members to deliver memorable service.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Share the story of Cooper’s Hawk and invite guests to join the Wine Club.
