Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to enhance guest experiences through wine knowledge, hospitality, and tailored recommendations. You’ll guide guests through our wine and retail offerings while inviting them to join our Wine Club.

Role focuses on welcoming guests, maintaining station readiness, and supporting team operations with multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a passion for hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years or older.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Restock and maintain product displays; assist carryout orders and guest service as needed.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Welcome guests, discuss wine and the Wine Club, and invite them to join our community.

What You Will Bring

• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
