The Attendant also helps grow the Wine Club community by informing guests about the program and inviting them to join.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with hospitality; engage and answer questions about food, wine, Wine Club, and facilities
- Maintain knowledge of food, retail items, wines, and Wine Club events
- Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences
- Educate guests on the Wine Club, its rewards, and invite them to join
- Understand Tasting Room functions and retail products, including tastings
- Support Host and Service Assistant positions as needed
- Serve alcoholic beverages according to standards and legal guidelines
- Assist with transporting Carryout and Curbside orders
- Identify opportunities to sell products
- Stock and display wine and retail merchandise attractively
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, organized, and stocked work area
- Complete side work during non-busy hours
- Handle cash and use the MICROS system properly
- Follow checklists and SOPs for opening, mid-shift, and closing
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Alignment with Cooper’s Hawk Values
- At least 21 years old
- Experience in casual/upscale dining or retail preferred
- Wine experience or similar preferred
- Hospitality-focused with a passion for guest service, food, and wine
- Team-oriented individual
- Comfortable educating guests about the Wine Club and inviting them to join
- Experience with POS systems like Micros
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to exert mobility for up to 6 hours
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
- Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
