Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across the Western U.S. and Canada. This remote role will manage a team of Regional Account Managers and develop strategic customer and distributor relationships to accelerate profitable growth.

You will lead a remote team, drive sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business expansion. The role requires travel up to 60% across North America and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of sales leadership or related commercial management experience.
• Experience leading remote, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Salesforce or CRM experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of 9–11 Regional Account Managers.
• Drive regional growth, market share, and profitability.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Partner with other sales teams through the full sales cycle to close opportunities.
• Mentor new sales reps via coaching and field training.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline, budgeting, and overall regional performance.
