Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. You will serve as the project manager for large, complex task orders, coordinating with the KO, COR, and government stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will oversee the overall management of the task orders, aligning technical solutions with requirements and maintaining schedule

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of project management or related experience in IT/consulting.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or other relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for large, complex task orders and support the Program Manager.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer (KO), COR, task order managers, and agency representatives.
• Ensure that technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented on time.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.
• Facilitate collaboration across Government and contractor teams to support informed decisions.

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• Ability to plan, manage, and oversee task orders, ensuring requirements, deliverables, schedules, and technical solutions are executed effectively and on time.
• Skill in coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, program leadership, Government personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Ability to understand and oversee the implementation of technical solutions while ensuring alignment with task order requirements and objectives.
• Skill in monitoring task order progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance commitments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate collaboration across Government and contractor teams, and support informed decision-making and successful task order execution.

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

• Five (5) years of project management or related experience, with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector, particularly in IT and/or consulting.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience, with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector, particularly in IT and/or consulting..
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or
• other relevant field of study
• PMP or equivalent certification

• Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
