Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Program Manager (Task Order) to lead a complex federal contract supporting psychological health and military health initiatives. You will serve as the primary Government liaison, oversee deliverables, staffing, quality assurance, and performance objectives.

In this role you will manage contractor personnel, monitor progress, maintain schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of full-time experience serving as a contract Program Manager overseeing contracts or task orders of similar size, complexity, and scope.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractor personnel, resources, and contract deliverables.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting environment preferred.

About the Role

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring successful execution of all task order requirements, deliverables, staffing, quality assurance, and performance objectives.
