Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Task Order Manager in Research Triangle Park, NC. This role involves overseeing construction, maintenance, and operations projects for government agencies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, a North Carolina General Contractor's license, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and subcontractors, as well as developing schedules. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

Job Summary

MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Task Order Manager to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Task Order Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.
• Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
• Developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.
• The Project Manager shall have a North Carolina General Contractor’s license.
• Must have experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
• Must have experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.
• Must be skilled with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
