Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Planner/Estimator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance support to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in planning and estimating structural, electrical, and mechanical projects, as well as proficiency in using RS Means cost estimating software. Project management experience is essential. The position is covered by a union agreement and contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary

MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Planner/Estimator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects
• Project Management
• Using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects in a large or multiple facility with highly complex mechanical, electrical and structural requirements
• Project Management experience.
• Must be skilled in using RS Means cost estimating software, or other "equal" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
