Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Falls Church, VA seeks a Senior Task Order Manager to lead cost, schedule, and performance for a cloud-enabled enterprise supporting SAP customers across the DoD. You will supervise cross-functional teams, ensure customer priorities align with business outcomes, and manage escalations and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, a PMP or equivalent certification, and strong financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the customer priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated.
• Fields customer complaints and escalations are handled well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.
• Ensures value creation for the customer and that the work is in line with the organization’s strategy and priorities.
• Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight of assigned project or tasks.
• Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order administrative reporting.
• Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Participates in special projects as required.

As a Task Order Manager, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule and performance and lead a team in the successful implementation and compliance of a commercial cloud agnostic enterprise for Special Access Program (SAP) customers across the DoW.

The likely salary range for this position is $164,382 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
