Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking an Engineer to support the execution of specialized audit functions within the Worker's Compensation Insurance Audit team. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant audit services while ensuring professionalism across travel-based assignments.

The Engineer will analyze payroll data, review client information, and prepare detailed audit reports. You will work with clients and internal teams across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of workers' compensation files, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines.
  • Analyze documentation and payroll records to assess risk classifications and premium calculations.
  • Review and verify client-submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with audit standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify audit issues.
  • Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data that may indicate misclassification or potential fraud.
  • Utilize audit tools and software to document findings and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations and industry best practices during field or remote audits.
