The Task Force Director of Sales (DOS) is a high-impact, results-driven leader responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives and accelerating revenue growth across Ivy Hospitality's diverse hotel portfolio. This role requires an adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly assesses business needs, and makes an immediate impact. The Task Force DOS provides interim and transformational sales leadership while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and guest-focused service.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience
Must be able and willing to travel extensively - on the road Monday through Friday, supporting hotel five days per week, with return home on weekends.
