Job summary

Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations on site in University City, Philadelphia. You will oversee budgets, menus, and inventory while delivering exceptional guest experiences at a premier Marriott-branded property.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hotel F&B management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of driving profitability in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
