The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field and demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills. A competitive salary ranging from $42,000 to $45,000, along with comprehensive benefits, will be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is required.
• Knowledge of recovery and wellness-based concepts is essential.
• Experience with legal systems or as a Peer Support Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychosocial screenings and assessments.
• Coordinate linkage to behavioral health treatment and services.
• Provide professional care management for justice-involved individuals.
