Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or human services-related field required.
• Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness-based concepts.
• Lived experience with recovery or the justice system is valued.

Responsibilities

• Administer psycho-social screenings/assessments.
• Coordinate linkage to behavioral health and other services.
• Provide ongoing professional care management services.
