The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in property management, strong operational and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Strong operations skills and customer service focus.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and guests.
• Manage property resources and assets including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
