Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. is seeking a Tarper in Gypsum, OH. Responsibilities include tarping loads, securing products on flatbed trailers, and preparing shipments for transport. You will operate tarping equipment, use bungees and straps, and maintain a clean work area.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, be 18+, and willing to work Monday–Friday with possible overtime. PPE must be worn at all times, and safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as required.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Tarps and secures product loaded on flatbed trailers for shipment.
• Unsecures and untarps product on flatbed trailers for unloading.
• Place and secure poly and tarps on flatbed trailers with a tarping machine; secure with bungee cords and straps.
• Observe all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• Keep work areas and truck lots clean and orderly.
• Work both indoors and outdoors; during snow, shovel trailers as needed.
• Work well with others.
