Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. in Kalama, WA is seeking a Tarper to cover and secure loaded flatbed trailers with tarps and straps, following DOT standards. The role involves indoor/outdoor work in varying weather, lifting up to 50 lbs+, and teamwork with some self-motivation required. Overtime may be needed.

Pay is $18.00/hour day shift and $18.50/hour night shift, with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days of employment. PPE is provided; direct deposit is available.

Qualifications

• Pushing, pulling, & lifting of tarps and other materials up to 50 lbs+ may be required.
• Being able & willing to work as part of a team, but also as a self-motivated individual is required.
• Permanent position which may require overtime work.

Responsibilities

• Involves covering loaded 45-53 ft flatbed trailers with tarps and securing the load and tarps with bungee cords and 4-inch straps per customer, company and DOT standards.
• Physical job that may require working indoors and outdoors and in all types of weather.
