Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. is seeking a Tarper to cover and secure loaded flatbed trailers with tarps and straps. The role requires working in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Teamwork and self-motivation are essential as you help prepare loads according to DOT standards. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days. PPE is provided; steel-toe footwear is the employee's responsibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting tarps and materials up to 50 lbs+ as needed.
• Willingness to work as part of a team but also independently.

Responsibilities

• Cover and secure loaded 45-53 ft flatbed trailers with tarps and straps per DOT standards.
• Ensure tarps stay in place and protected from weather.
• Follow PPE guidelines and company policies during all shifts.
