Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for regulatory analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels inside/outside the organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to lead projects or guide team members when appropriate.
• Familiarity with regulatory filings and tariff language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tariff revisions and regulatory filings to support commercial and operational objectives.
• Research, interpret, and apply FERC regulations, orders, and pipeline tariff provisions.
• Provide regulatory support for new pipeline projects and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Legal, Operations, and other groups to gather data and develop regulatory strategies.
• Analyze regulatory developments and recommend actions to ensure compliance and support business strategy.
• Serve as a regulatory SME for internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop expertise in pipeline cost of service and rate design methodologies.
• Support special regulatory projects as needed.
