Job summary

Leidos in Northern Virginia is seeking a Targeting Officer to guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative for broad audiences.

Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, be willing to rotate a 24/7 schedule (including weekends and holidays), and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under high stress.
• Experience with targeting tools and all-source targeting methodologies.
• Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across orgs.
• Valid driver's license with Real ID is required.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s desirable with 2–6 years experience.
