• Level 3: 7+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Level 3: Tradecraft-related work experience.
• Level 3: Research and analysis demonstrated.
• Level 3: Proficiency with customer databases.
• Level 3: Experience in intelligence research/targeting.
• Level 3: Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Level 4: 12+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Level 4: Tradecraft-related work experience.
• Level 4: Research and analysis demonstrated.
• Level 4: Proficiency with customer databases.
• Level 4: Experience in intelligence research/targeting.
• Level 4: Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Level 5: 20+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Level 5: Tradecraft-related work experience.
• Level 5: Research and analysis demonstrated.
• Level 5: Proficiency with customer databases.
• Level 5: Experience in intelligence research/targeting.
• Level 5: Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Five years extra experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads.
• Draft targeting packages to support client objectives.
• Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate leads.
• Conduct detailed searches and communicate data via reports/briefings.
• Leverage platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps.
• Create and process all-source intelligence across HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.
