Noblis is seeking Targeting Analyst(s) to work in a dynamic mission-oriented environment in McLean, Virginia.

The role focuses on developing tactical and operational collection requirements, guiding Intelligence Community capabilities, and coordinating with mission partners to support counterterrorism objectives. Candidates must hold US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and have extensive experience with the intelligence cycle and all-source collection disciplines.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with intelligence cycle, targeting methodologies, and all-source collection disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and operational collection requirements based on assessments of information, gaps, and mission priorities.
• Identify intelligence opportunities and propose collection strategies to address information gaps for counterterrorism objectives.
• Provide guidance on IC collection capabilities, disciplines, and methodologies to optimize collection and mission effectiveness.
• Apply IC analytic tradecraft and ICD 203/206 to support well-supported assessments and collection recommendations.
• Coordinate with IC collection management organizations and mission partners to align collection requirements.
• Assess collection results and data holdings to identify gaps and opportunities for additional collection or targeting.
• Support continuous mission operations and evolving counterterrorism requirements, including shift-based coverage.
