Job summary

Bow-Wave-LLC is looking for a Targeting Analyst Lead based in Tysons, Virginia. The successful candidate will provide expert-level analysis in counterterrorism and counternarcotics, supporting the Intelligence Community. This role requires 12+ years of experience and active TS/SCI clearance.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives. This position is contingent upon the award of a contract.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Minimum of 12 years experience with a BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; or additional 4 years with a High School Diploma.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields is required.
• Experience mentoring junior targeting analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed analysis of counterterrorism and counternarcotics information.
• Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Develop courses of action based on analysis and alert relevant authorities.
• Support the Intelligence Community with analytic products.
