Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and operational collection requirements based on assessments and priorities.
• Identify intelligence opportunities and recommend collection strategies.
• Provide guidance on IC collection capabilities and methodologies to optimize collection.
• Apply ICD 203/206 tradecraft to support assessments and collection recommendations.
• Coordinate with IC collection management organizations to synchronize requirements.
• Assess results to identify gaps and opportunities for additional collection.
