Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Targeting Analyst to apply advanced targeting methods and advisory skills to complex defense problems. You will work with unique datasets, perform Target System Analysis, and support the employment of kinetic and nonkinetic effects to inform strategic decisions.

Applicants should have TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of Targeting experience, with a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis
• Experience with all-source intelligence or operational intelligence support
• Experience using datasets, analytic platforms, or targeting tools to identify networks or centers of gravity
• Experience performing Target System Analysis (TSA), weaponeering, combat assessment, or collateral damage analysis
• Experience developing target materials, target folders, or target development products for operational planning
• Knowledge of adversary threat networks, system functions, and vulnerabilities relevant to joint or combined operations
• Ability to conduct complex network analysis to identify critical pathways and relationships
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years or Master's with 10+ years targeting analysis

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced targeting analysis using specialized datasets and tools
• Develop target materials and target development products for operational planning
• Identify enemy systems, critical nodes, and vulnerabilities for precise effects
• Support planning and execution through weaponeering and combat assessment
• Communicate analytic findings to planners, operators, and decision-makers
