Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst in the United States with TS/SCI clearance to lead SIGINT-based discovery and target development. You will analyze adversary tactics, fuse all-source data, and generate actionable leads for mission owners.

You’ll work with a team across platforms to influence targeting narratives, parse complex datasets, and support national security missions. A polygraph clearance and strong telecommunications know-how are required.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 7+ years of SIGINT analysis experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of SIGINT analysis.
• Experience with telecommunications, weapon systems, and space-based technologies.
• Familiar with all-source intelligence (SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, HUMINT).

Responsibilities

• Develop access leads and products from raw intelligence to support mission objectives.
• Read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives.
• Parse, research, and fuse complex data sets to generate dynamic collection objectives.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams and client tools for SIGINT discovery analysis.
