Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Lead Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced analysis, identify key enemy centers of gravity, and support employment of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities. You will apply targeting methodologies to understand threat systems and develop target sets for operational planning.

The role requires extensive experience in targeting analysis, all-source intelligence support, and the ability to communicate analytical findings for decision-makers. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis.
• Experience with all-source or operational intelligence support.
• Experience using targeting tools to identify networks, nodes, or centers of gravity.
• Experience performing TSA, weaponeering, combat assessment, or collateral damage analysis.
• Knowledge of adversary threat networks, system functions, and vulnerabilities relevant to joint operations.
• Ability to conduct complex network analysis to identify critical pathways and relationships.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of targeting analysis experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of targeting analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis using datasets, tools, and network-mapping techniques to identify enemy centers of gravity and expose opportunities for operational advantage.
• Develop target sets and support employment of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.
• Inform targeting decisions to help commanders achieve precise, effective effects on the battlespace.
